Version 0.12; The Unbreakening

Good news everyone! I fixed the things I broke yesterday! I also made a small tweak to the game's CPU players. Here's a quick rundown of what's changed.

* Pause Function works again! Yay!
* Mouse can be used on browser version menus.

* CPUs have a delay to their movement based on their level. Stronger CPU gets less delay.

I made this last change because the CPU levels were way too similar to make any meaningful impact. This delay makes the CPU a bit more forgiving, and makes each level distinct from the rest. Only the secret extra powerful CPU is immune to my delays.

One more thing to note is that the game still runs slower on browser than it does when downloaded. I have no idea how to fix this, so its a feature now!
